Digital television is now used by 84 percent of households with a TV connection in Netherlands. In the last quarter of 2012 it was 82 percent.
Most consumers receive digital TV via cable networks. The cable was in the first quarter accounted for 56.6 percent of digital TV subscribers.
Ziggo remains the largest provider, followed by KPN, UPC and Canal Digital.
