The now 71-year-old millionaire Robert Durst has long been associated with three murders, but there was never enough evidence. Until the best man himself misspoke during the filming of a documentary about the murder cases.
The remarkable life of the man who made a fortune in real estate was imaged by the HBO documentary The Jinx. In the series, where he voluntarily cooperated, he was confronted with new evidence. There he went not, but after the shooting he went to the toilet. However, he did not realize he still wore his microphone and that the system is running.
Confession
The editors heard a lot of chatter coming from the toilet. “There you have it. You’re caught,” we hear Durst. He ends by saying: “What have I done course I killed them all?”.
Arrest
Durst has since been arrested, but it is not yet clear if that has this confession or the newly discovered evidence
