The Canadian travel channel Evasion soon makes a special program in which the Amsterdam kitchen central.
The program is part of the new series of The Foodie List, where special dishes featured thirteen cities. Evasion worldwide millions of viewers, but the broadcasts are also shown on the Discovery Channel and National Geographic
In the Amsterdam broadcast four culinary highlights of the spotlight capital:. The shrimp croquettes in the Oyster Bar, the ossenworst Butcher Shop the White in Watergraafsmeer, the sorbet with Amsterdam onions vegetables restaurant Bolenius and amuses restaurant John. Among other chefs Björn Westerberg of the Oyster Bar and Tommy den Hartog of John and culinary critic Joel Broekaert NRC and Freedom Netherlands come speak at length about the Amsterdam treats.
The shooting took place this week. Amsterdam’s episode will be broadcast beginning in 2016.
