It shows two women walk into a shop. One of the women arrested on television, doing up her skirt and put the television between her legs. Then she walks along with the accomplice of the store.
According to reports, all happened in no more than 13 seconds. “She did it so quickly that no one had time to notice it or to respond to it,” said a saleswoman.
