The number of TV connections in the Netherlands fell further in the second quarter. According to figures which research firm Telecompaper has published Wednesday. The reason lies in the growing popularity of online video.
The number of digital TV connections rose still sparsely (0.2 percent) applied in the months of April to June. But that was not sufficient to compensate for the decrease in the number of analogue connections (2.5 percent).
Digital television now accounts for 90 percent of the total market.
