TEXEL “Nordseewellen, Wind um die Nase, spirited Schafe, schöne Orte und ein paar Überraschungen.” Millions of Germans last weekend can enjoy Texel. At the station WDR was no less than a half hour to see a program about ‘us’ Wadden.
The program visits the host all known spots of Texel : Ecomare to skydiving at the airport. Incidentally Germans not the only people who could enjoy the last days of Texel. Also Belgian television saw the beauty of the island.
Very glad
The VVV Texel throw broadcasts, which incidentally have already been previously broadcast, is already bearing fruit. “We see it in our surveys that come back in response to these broadcasts more people to Texel,” said a spokesman.
The Texel there are according to the tourist office very happy that their island now so is in the spotlight. “We’re awfully nice,” added the spokesman. “We are working here are all hard to make Texel good publicity.”
