With a frame of just 5mm thick, the Sony 65X9005C a remarkable device. The improbable thin case, along with the excellent image quality of the Triluminos panel, Sony delivers this year’s EISA Award
The conclusion is clear. This is a special television. It’s what a talent of Sony to remain moderate yet progressive design in television terms. Think for example of the 65X9005B that appeared last year and again unpacked with visible speakers left and right of the screen
The X9005C series mist visible speakers but on a different plane very special: the frame is very thin, 4.9 mm. If this Sony sees, he seems to only consist of a thin display panel. That is certainly so if you mount it on the wall, because Sony has a special bracket with which the unit draws very flat against the wall. The X9005C has a special air outlet so that the device does not overheat as it hangs close to a wall surface
But in this image plane is a winner. The X1 processor takes the image value for the Ultra HD Triluminos panel, which aims to convey subtler and richer gradation. Sony released recently also additional software updates to the Android TV pieces left running smoothly
