BREDA – A 32-year-old man Wednesday morning a television stolen from the living room of an institution in the Middellaan in Breda. This was reported to the police.
He had received a report that a man a house of an institution around 9:00 pm, where people assisted living, had crept. In the living room he had cut the cables of the TV. He had picked up the phone. Then he was caught by an employee.
The thief fled through the back door. He left the TV behind a wheelie bin and climbed over a fence.
The police were alerted. Agents were based on the description of the man that the presumption that it was a 32-year-old drifter from Poland. That man was earlier in the morning removed from a portico to the Schorsmolenstraat.
The suspect was arrested on the Middellaan. Upon his arrest, he vehemently protested. He kicked toward the agents. He also tried to pull away.
The man was put in a cell.
