Radio and television stations devoted to festivals – MediaMagazine.nl

Next weekend there are several popfestivals place at home and abroad. In the Netherlands, among other festivals Down the Rabbit Hole, Parkpop and Concert at SEA on the program. There are also major foreign festivals in the program as Glastonbury in England and Rock Werchter in Belgium. Several radio and television stations devote extensive attention to these festivals.

Down the Rabbit Hole

Glastonbury

Hague touch Glastonbury

The Hague Laak Theater state this weekend with the project ‘The Community’ at Glastonbury . The performance is about power and originated from a collaboration with the Arcola Theatre in London. From both theaters workshops are organized on power. With residents in London and The Hague’s talk about what power does to you and what power looks like about yourself and feel. The stories of these workshops are the starting point of the performance. ‘The Community’ is played by amateur actors linked to the Arcola Theatre. The creative process and the performances is a documentary on the Glastonbury Festival which will be shown simultaneously in two theaters in September.
