10 edition Alpe d’HuZes live on television – Broadcasting Zealand

Alpe d’HuZes
Alpe d’HuZes is an action in which participants running somewhere, walking or cycling under the motto “Giving up is not an option on a day up to six times legendary Alpe d’Huez climb to raise as much money as possible in the fight against cancer. The proceeds will support scientific cancer research with the aim to control the disease, so that no one dies of cancer in the future.

Anti-bow Policy
First edition took place in 2006 and has grown into a major event. The organsiation came in 2012 to be in a bad light when it emerged that the organizer of the first hour itself, despite the anti-iron stick policy that the organization was using, a sum of 160,000 euros was transferred to expenses. Since that time the organization has been a Supervisory Board and a volunteer board. Moreover, Alpe d’HuZes also prepared a spending plan which describes how the organization will spend annually on predetermined themes.

Revenue
Since 2006, Alpe d’HuZes collected more than 118 million euros in sponsorship. What proceeds from 2015, will be announced at 19.45.
