More and more Dutch homes via an Ultra
HD television watched TV. Sales of Ultra HD TVs, according

sold. A year earlier, in 2014 this number was 50,000. The total number of

The increase in sales of Ultra HD televisions
partly due to a wider range of models. There are over three hundred
Models Ultra HD TVs in Netherlands for sale. This is approaching the
models offering that of Full HD TVs. The selling price of Ultra HD TVs
decreased. The sales increase was supported by higher sales
curved- and OLED TVs. GfK expects sales of Ultra HD TVs
further increases in 2016.
